Boxes #6 and #7 from today

Box #6 was a skunking but added a few more pre-1960's to my "stash"

Box #7 produced a total of (3) silver war plus an assortment of pre-1960's added to my "stash".

Boxes #8 and #9 from this rainy Monday

Box #8 produced (1) nickel war and my first Buffalo (no date) as well as pre-1960's added to my "stash". A good majority of this box, maybe 85%, contained new and uncirculated rolls of 2014 nickels. So I was amazed to find the war and buffalo.

Box #9 produced (2) nickel war and more pre-1960's added to my "stash"

Total found today was a total of (3) nickel war

Great job with the finds. It looks like hard work, but it's paying off.

I have to ask, why do you call them "nickels war" instead of "war nickels"? Just curious.

Found (2) nickels war and invaded by (6) Canadians

Box #14

Found an additional (2) nickels war and I'll be damned how them (2) Pence coins get through the sorting machine since they aint even round

So after today and a total of (14) boxes of nickels searched my total nickels war found is (19) and (3) total Buffaloes found

Picked up (2) more boxes of nickels

Box #16

Produces an additional (2) more silver war to add to my collection and more pre-1960's to add to my "stash"

Box #17 was loose rolls as the bank I went to did not have a full box of nickels to give me and a few rolls broke open in my driveway as the bag I was carrying them in split open

no silver war found but more pre-1960's added to my "stash"

So after going through a total of (17) boxes of nickels I found a total of (22) silver war and (3) Buffaloes

It looks like you found some nice condition 1939 Jeffersons. Were any of them mintmarked "D" or "S"?
Do you ever have trouble returning the sorted coins back to where you got them, or to any other place you might try to take them for exchange?
