What is the best beach in Delaware to use my Hookah?

This summer I like to take out my Hookah to some beach in Delaware. I'm in consideration to go to Lewes, but, I know there is more beach where I could find old coins and gold in few feet depth.

Any suggestion?

I cannot say for sure, but I would think Lewes, Rehoboth, Delaware Seashore State Park, and Fenwick Island areas would be good. I live in Pa, but visit Delaware once or twice a year.
