I have - just got back from OBX - I used the wet beach program, ground balance manual, set it to 13 and I turned down the reactivity to 2 (I think it was set at 3). Odd thing is in this program the silencer number did not change, it remained at -1, normally when changing the reactivity from 3 to 2 the silencer will change from -1 to 2. Anyway it ran pretty smooth, I hunted the tide line, it was a tad chatty but I was pretty happy with it, it will sound off when you hit a target, I only hunted a few hours, first target was a kids gold plated junk ring, didn't find too much of anything else, around a $1 in clad. Good luck.
