Can the Deus be charged safely with 2 amps instead of 1 amp? Will it charge twice as fast using 2 amps?

Should not hurt it. Most devices can handle the quick charge. Someone stomp on me if I am wrong on this one?

AA Batteries are 1.5 volts Big difference!

Sorry knew it was 1.5 something lol. I use a large external charger in the field I think it's 30Kmha lasts for about a month charging the Dues every other day.

I use an Anker multi port charger capable of 2.4 amps per slot. When hooking up my usb multimeter inline the Deus draws around 864 milliamps with the coil, headphones and control head. USB is well regulated and will only draw what it needs, so no worries about overcharging.
