Bad week with my Deus Broke my WS4 and Coil charge clip this week

not a good week had the WS4 connect socket plastic lip broke off and now my coil charge clip just broke - on my one year old Deus

Called XP Support and lucky that both were covered and in the mail

That coil clip is a delicate flower, for sure. Why they figured a plastic spring would last is beyond me. Glad it was all covered by warranty (I knew it would be) but that doesn't give you back your time withoug it! I now have almost total redundancy. I have both the WS4 & WS5 headphones, and two coils (11" and HF elliptical) so if the remote ever goes out, I can use the WS4 puck, if one of the coils goes out, I have another. I also have two recharging clips. I still knock on wood whenever I hook up the coils for charging, though.

yep, very delicate. I won't let my wife charge her coil, she tends to forget.

Do a search for the deus coil charger . You got one free good deal but I would not buy a factory coil charger ever . There is an after market charger that will last forever and only a couple bucks more . I have already bought one even though my factory one is still intact .
