I know this is an old thread but i had the same luck in sept 2012. Got a 1963 20.00. Still have it ...is worth anything more than 20.00. (besides the personal gain of having a bill that old. Also in great shape)

A/CMan,
A couple of years ago, the 63-A series $5 star bills retailed between $9 (Cleveland) to $20 (Minneapolis).

Wheels6695,
At the same time, the Series of 1963 (not 63-A) retailed between $40 and $65
