Setup for shallow diving

Twenty five feet of lightweight half inch hose,a sturdy floating device,a heavy weight Balloon,and a check valve.
Now,follow through,the balloon goes on the end of the hose,supported about a foot above the water by the floating device.
the check valve goes in the side of the hose to only let air in!
Snorkel around for awhile,and when the Balloon pops its time to come up!
Ok,ok,really i have no idea but it sounded good.
