If I hadn't helped him John as a boat slave, this price would have been bang on, in fact his quote without my help was 8,500..... Good guess

Still gotta go down Ram......

When I get quotes it usually costs more if I offer to help.

7,150?

Not far off,,, $6072.00........ The main benefit to me helping was to speed up the process and lower the total hours by having cloth cut and tools at hand as they were needed, probably cut 10 hrs off in total.......

I caught up with the thread and saw you had already given the figure.

Fair winds and following seas.

Launched the boat today, no leaks at all bilge pump had a very quiet day.

Got a Dorado ( Mahi Mahi) fishing and saw a big old tiger shark on the dive, everything works great........

Worth the time, effort and money, feels very safe out there

( RPM dropped about 200 on the plane so boat definitely lighter)

I agree, as a land lubber guy I am happy to hear the bilge pump didn't need much running. I am sure I am the only one concerned with those sorts of things though! Lol

Boat still going great, putting it in the yard for a few weeks, off to the treasure cookout then UK for 4 weeks.

As I was paying someone to do most of the work I do believe he has probably stopped itching by now....

Just got my 24' Grady finished last week. I was going to take it offshore yesterday but the weather didn't cooperate.
