I just read that Jack Fisher, president and founder of JW Fisher's, has passed away. Very sad. We dealt with them a lot over the years and it wasn't uncommon to get Jack on the phone when you called the company for a customer service issue.

I just heard yesterday as well, truly a loss to our industry. My first underwater detector was a used Pulse 8X I bought about 10 years ago. When I called to inquire about how to check the status of the battery, I ended up having a 30 minute conversation with Jack. He was a wonderful guy and will be missed by many.
