Something afforadable and easy to use. Want to move lots of sand and not spend a arm and a leg.

What depth of water and how much overburden are you trying to move. Different methods for different situations.

just to make holes in the ocean floor. I cant use mail boxes because i have outboards. i would say 15-25 feet deep is what i like to dive. something to make 3-5 foot holes maybe if i can get that out of something portable. Found a big metal object and i was fanning and digging forever and never found out what it was.

Several guys on this forum have put mailboxs on outboards. Do a search on the shipwreck board and you will find all kids of information and pictures of some that work. I have not built any yet but when they see this topic you will get all kinds of info and help.

    Re: PORTABLE UNDERWATER BLOWERS

if you are just blowing small holes a dpv is the way to go, we use the torpedo brand-if you have enough deck space and not too deep-you can rig up a hydraulic motor with a blower blade and guard-we three point anchor this over the site and cut the hydraulics on-if you have a slight current running the better-
