Hi Jim. Being a mental dowser, I have noticed a trend over the past 3 to 4 years of the use of the term " Physical Dowsing" ?being promoted by several dealers in gadjets called LRLS. Because they ( the dealers) cannot mentally dowse which involves the use of pedulums and l or y rods used as mental antennas, nor can the purchasers of their fraudulent merchandise, they had to think up a name which could be ?associated with their products, whoops so they invented the term " physical" just like I have with the new 15 point dowsing rod.

? I might be a fraud too, we will have to wait and see.

Physical dowsing to me is another name for pick and shovel work and nothing more. I take my hat off to American ingenuity in salesmanship, even when it is questionable. I am not sure that you will allow this posting to stay here Jeff, as you appear to have drawn a fine line that i cannot pin down as to where it lays as this posting apparrantly belongs in neither camp or does it belong in both?? I would like to say that most of us 'know' that some type of dowsing works. The question is, who are the people whom are able to do it. (I know dowsing for water works, because my relatives did it.) Now some say, how can dowsing for water work when the whole earth underground is full of water, whatever. - This is what most all of us reading know; In history certain people could cut a fresh willow Y shaped rod and work over a field of one acre during a drought, and could find the place to dig, for good water.)

Now, they did it. How did they know and feel it. Is it possible with the human system and intelligence to be able to broaden the spectrum (precious metals.) And I would say that for certain people for Sure it is probably possible, and will love to see it.

But, of course, we will have to use our brains to learn and see.

As to Max's C.D. book, obviously for many people just off the Jesuit 'sign', it would be far worth having just for that.

But you calling us by name, and assigning the word "ignorance", have definitely crossed over the line, and you did break the rule!?

I can only assume that you are getting away with such an infraction because of some prior "special" arrangement with the Moderators.? I know from past "hand-slapping" episodes, I am not afforded the same latitude.

I've noticed that some folks have their bed situated so they can only get out on the wrong side.

I will be honest with you. IT looks like this thread is going the way of "open discussions" on black vs white racial issues, liberals and conservatives, gun owners and the other side, Fords vs Chevies, etc. I have been retired for a couple of years now and one of my great comforts is that I no longer have to keep up on the squabble-of-the-day blogs.

I'm too old to be baited into these type dicussions. You either have something to say about the main issue or not. If you make state something as factual, be prepared to defend it. If you get snotty don't be offended if you get slapped in return. Life is full of consequences. If you talk-the-talk you should be willing to walk-the-walk. Just my opinion.......

Dell,? I personally? do not like splitting Dowsing terminology down the middle to suit an agenda, nor some one else using me to continue a fruitless never ending argument with you. By using me as a lever Sam Scaffari Alias Karl Miller has gone too far. Lay off.

Personally, I like this forum better than the pro dowsing forum. I kept waiting for someone to ask me for the next dance. Very tame.

Hey Hotrod, When I first posted on T/net in 1997, I was on the receiving end of Sams sheer malice. He actually did me a favor imunizing me to his poison pen. After 7 years you get to know someones DNA and methology. He is very clever and it is a shame he uses his brilliant mind to pick on others. Of course the others take the bait and bite back, year in and year out and it becomes sickening.

Spot on , old boy and it only weighs a few ounces. Hey , what are we doing over here on the sceptic side? Oh I know, this is the anti physical dowsing side. So Jeff we really have three forums. Strickly non believers and mental dowsers and physical dowsers whatever they are.
I am still having trouble shrinking photos, I have a plan drawn up for making multi point rods. Will post it in a day or two.

Hotrod.Using a thin mretal rod , you might get away with say six although I doubt it.

Hotrod, remember the weight of Max's aluminum 15 point does not matter; you want it hanging next to your body, you want all those feet of rod, and to feel for the bump/jump of it . That rod is for the man that has a researched site that is walking to get pin-point. And yeh, it would be way cool, Full moons nice
