The following target in the video below was found using map dowsing. So all those of you out there who think there is nothing to it think again.

You were map dowsing in a known gold-producing area. Odds of coming up with "some" type of gold, in that area, would be very close to 100%.

Good questions would be:

How do you know you found the largest deposit in that particular area?

How many other locations did you dig and sample in adjacent areas? What did you find in those?

Have you removed gold from that area before this instance?

Do you have any proof that was really water in that stream?

Did you have it assayed to determine the oxygen content?

Thanks I try and ignore them but its tough as there are many of them out there. I cant wait to get back to the site in the video and work it a little harder.

I agree.... it's always a good idea to work a site where you've once found some color. In one man's lifetime, you can never find it all, or work it out completely.

No you cant there is always something left to find in most cases. However In some cases they do clean it out especially the old chinese prospectors here in BC. They washed every rock and saved even the smallest of gold flakes. This site was not worked by them but its not a well known gold bearing area which is what makes it even more amazing. Anyway, I fixed the vid as there was a issue with its length.
