    Willow branch

I've always heard that dowsers use a "Y" shaped willow branch to find water. Does anyone else use this technique?

I've wanted to learn more about this technique, I've only been able to acquire information on the subject of dowsing rods, and a bit on Pendulums, but I have yet to get one so they are quite useless.

Hey Sandsted....A Pendulum can be anything that will swing from a string. I have read of water being located with coat hangers and brass rods. The only guy I know prefers to use a branch from the location he is dowsing...Art

Yes, I figured, but there must be certain ways of tieing that. Because you can't just put a slip not on a screw. It makes it hang to one side.

So it would have to be implaced into the object, how do I do this?

If I wanted to use a screw I would go to a craft store and get a small eyelet or ring. I would then glue it in the screw driver slot. If that doesn't hold it use J B Weld...Art

I do suppose I could just weld the thing...ah, I'm going to eventually buy one at the rune maker sight

    www.runemaker.com

he has a really nice dowsing pendulum, which has certain empowered runes to enhance it's dowsing ability or something. I love using runes for casting and I like dowsing, so combining them sounds like a genius idea.
