No they CAN'T....All they can do is offer us money and beg us to help them....It is easy to prove it works....Learn to Dowse.....I researched anomalous phenomenon and I think that Bill has found the answer

I've got finds, I've posted some before...not in todays finds...and I usually don't tell people that I located them through dowsing.
