Carl,

I've seen your post for a $25,000 reward with a revised date of
the 24th of March 2005 for LRL "long-range locators".

My first question is there any intent of the reward fee going up
to say perhaps $50,000 since the offer has now been a couple
of years old?

If an individual other than an manufacturer as defined as
"anyone else" takes this challenge do they have to reveal
their own technologies to you or can it remain a black box
and the reward will be granted once visual demonstration
of the LRL has been proven?

Under the terms of "This Challenge" I am a bit confused
as to what a LRL distance is and what the ultimate distance
or minimum distance is and the size of the object is and
the depth of the object is for qualifying and awarding a
contestant entry of an LRL device into this contest.

It's unlikely I'll risk any technology for $25,000 but would
still like to know more about the challenge.

SWR there is a difference here, Carl is offering the reward for an LRL DEVICE while Randi wants some kind of "paranormal powers" to be exhibited, not a device.

Maybe one day...

No.

Yes.

Minimum distance is 10 feet. Target size & depth depends on the claimant.

It's unlikely I'll risk any technology for $25,000 but would still like to know more about the challenge.

I'm not sure how my challenge poses a risk to anyone's technology but, in general, if you are successfully recovering treasure worth more than $25,000 on a weekly basis then my challenge is probably not worth your time.

Randi is fine with the demonstration of a dowsing (or dowsing-like) device. If it looks like a duck, he'll take it.
