Dowsing-cleaned.jpg Dowsing-cleaned.jpg At one time I owned 7 sections in western New Mexico. There was a 150ft well with a windmill and good water. There were also a half dozen dry holes up to 600 ft deep. I contacted a local dowser. He looked at a map, chose a few locations and then came out for a visit. He located a spot on some land I was about to sell. The buyer drilled exactly on the spot and got water at 200 ft. So, I believe. I also have De Metalica from 1550 and dowsers were the method used to find gold veins.
Attached is a photo of a place on our planet about 100ft by 100ft. FM communication radios (I am a former fire chief) will only work in 1 tiny spot, cell phones don't work and compasses are Wrong! Way wrong!
What do you dowsers sense here?
Gold, silver, a meteorite or big magnet?
Thank you, WH

I must have double clicked, same photo twice, opps.

The original Metallica-Scope was invented after Mel Fisher's father, tested a loop for the Navy. Radio stations were used to navigate ships, by turning a loop from a ship. This is much the same priciple the early 2 box detectors used. The Navy discovered in areas with mountains, the signal became redirected in certain geographical locations. RF (radio frequency) detectors soon were invented, as a way to detect metals. Ore veins can produce feedback signals from distant radio stations.

Your compass reading could be thrown off from an abundance of iron minerals.

Thank you Red desert, do you sense anything in the photo?
And, thank you xristosz, what is it you sense? Material and depth?

I welcome any of the other dowsers reading this to offer an opinion on the photo in #126.

I had not really checked before, need to identify what is there first. You tried for water, had it looked at for oil yet? Tell me also if the spot marked was drilled any for water.
