Have any of you ever used seer stones to locate treasure? I came across the story about Joseph Smith, the guy who started the LDS church. He used to put seer stones in a white top hat and put his face down in the hat to block out the surrounding light and see the location of buried treasure in the stones. There is no record of him ever locating treasure with this method but written history is always prone to inaccuracy so who knows. He had a reputation for being able to do it. I was just curious if anyone has experienced such a thing.
