Dowsing revealed underground water in the area of the blue lines and a large attraction in the blue circle area approx 35' deep.

Dowsing is totally bogus! https://pubs.usgs.gov/gip/water_dowsing/pdf/water_dowsing.pdf There is underground water everywhere. Depth to and yield are the questions that need to be answered. Look at State or Federal water resources reports of the area. Drill a test well. Holding a stick in your hand is total

This is the Dousing forum, you're not required to believe in dousing but please do not attack the Dousing forum or those that believe..... I can personally douse, telephone lines, water lines, buried conduit, have done so hundreds of times with 2 pieces of bent wires.
