Is there an easy way to determine where claims are and are not?

New to Highbank, have scoped a few places on map I would like to play on, is there a way to figure out where claim are or are not without going to a BLM office hours away. Like is there a map I can look at that would tell me where I could avoid getting shot or pissing ppl off? Thanks for the help Highway 80 corridor California

Its dead and good riddance-simply call the blm community room and claim files, area or section files are shipped to ya for a dime a page in a couple a days no hassles involved BUT accuracy is NOT in the BLM ethic-John

The Geocommunicator still "works" for me. At least until it locks my PC up.
