When did we allow people we did not elect to govern us? When We allowed the government and the morality of this country to go bad, that's when. And it will take a lot of work on all of our parts to rest control back from "our friends in the government"! IMHO.

I'm surprised that they are even going to allow dredging again usually its been their track record that once they take it away we don't get it back. Areas closed to winter travel to protect winter ranging of dear and open in summer and the gates never open again.
Even though its posted that they are open for certain months. Just a rant but the forest natzies have way to much control of our lands and rights to use them. And do not base their closures on verified studies its up to tree hugging dirt worshipers to decide our fate. but what they don't realize is the long term effect of their taking away our rights and ability to enjoy the land. So much for the land of the free.

OK, LETS GO GREEN ...it says motorized dredging....get a wind turbine and connect it to the water pump...the rat bass-turds....one of these days Americans are going to have enough and pick up their guns and set things straight.
I notice that permits issued for 2011 will be good thru 2012 with a limit of 4000 for 2011 and counting towards the 4000 permits for 2012 so if they sell all of them this year ...you are screwed in 2012 if you try to get one...what was the permit fee for out-of-staters? ....maybe the world will end 12/21/2112 and we can go the way of the Mayans and forget all this S*%t...

Read again COMPLETELY and not piece meal. Meeting were VERY informative as in forget it-14 days a year, site and equipment specific,99% closed-1% open is half winter or bone dry=1/2 of 1% is NON GOLD BEARING=1/4 OF 1% FOR A COUPLE A WEEKS FOR A GRAND OR SOO -LEGAL OPTION IS- return to the only legal regs ever which THEY ADMIT worked righteously for over 16 years-OUR 1994 REGS-ICMJ mag has a good article on this bs---John
