0.12MPa is 16 PSI it would only work with a regulator that has been rebuilt with a lighter spring
might work to look around under water not near enough to do any work you would over breathe the regulator
a regulator works on pressure, a Thomas t-80 operates 40-45 PSI and the Gast is about 80 PSI
volume is 170lm that is 6cfm so might use it for sniping with out a regulator just hold the hose between you teeth.
I dont think it would be safe to use with any strenuous work like dredging.

We use the 12v high volume comp with the spring out of the reg. It is a continuous flow and provides a lot of air.
routinely we are 15 to 25 ft deep filling buckets with material and running them on the surface.

The one we use runs all day on a battery. Battery hooked to solar stays pretty much charged all day.
Quiet and reliable for two years now.
