I'm thinking a 3 or 4 inch drive pulley for the motor I plan to attach my t-80 to.

It seams to be really hard to find detailed information on t-80 specifications

As it stands A 5hp honda is my best choice to save money in the short run. I plan to set a limiter to run the motor as slow as possible for fuel economy.
According to honda gc160 is the smallest, lightest, most fuel efficient design ever..... so that's somthing I guess.

Mostly I'm just thinking I don't want to spin the shaft on the air pump any faster than I have to. To avoid excess heat buildup.

What's the proper size?

Thank you
For the link, and for pointing me back to the previous answer to my question that I had failed to observe.

the t-80 optimum is 1800 rpm, then how fast you want your motor to run at, full speed is usually 3600 rpm
but more like 3200 rpm if its not fine tuned after leaving the factory.
Pulley Calculator. RPM, Belt Length, Speed, Animated Diagrams

probably best explanation
