While the 'keene 151' is a great dry washer. I am asking to see if anybody
knowns of a larger one. Am thinking about placing 2 Keenes side by side
and changing the mats every 12 to 15 buckets, in order to run more
volume in a shorter time frame.
Then when I have 6 mats, I can take them home, & work them.
OR JUST ONE LARGE DRY WASHER !!!!
WHATS AVAILABLE.???8-)

Something like this with a continuous feed hopper will run about 3 yds an hour. increase production by adding boxes. We have made them up to 5 box units, which gets complicated to work efficiently. Two box units seem just right.

That is the five box Rick in Fresno made for the Mojave. He has a four box now. He sold that one to a ranch in mexico.

His four box has the hopper on the ground and the boxes hanging on the end of a conveyor to pile the dirt without handling it twice. He runs it with one motor and hydraulic for the conveyor.
He digs with a mini excavator

Dredgeman, love the set-up you show. Am thinking the same thing.
conveyors, backhoe, a few different size screens, & a pit at the exit end to
scoop out the tailings with the back hoe. (also a conveyor with a distribution
box to feed the top end.) Ray
