Harbor Freight used to sell plastic hexagon style cement mixers which is what I used, paddles did not extend down to the very bottom so concentrated just fine. Like seeing all them prototypes as man alive I've had whole storage units full of them to keep for parts and remodels. GREAT welding for sure as so many totally screw up on al . Kudos-John

Appreciate your kudos Hoser John ' even over the other side of the world I know who you are & your expertise :occasion14:

I tried other shapes in the early stages , ' didn't work like I wished because at that stage I didn't realise what was needed .
Design after design was made and testing to find what worked , I did check after all the information about drag & slump angles regarding dry material .
The one in the video works excellent ' but I now know how to make the next model perform as near to perfect as it is possible .

Cheers
Jack

Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time. T.A. Edison Good luck Jack

Yeah but DC electricity is all around us, we can't live without it. Plus DC is better over long distances than AC due to voltage drop in an AC line.

Actually the rain helps my VLF machines righteously. I bag'm so rain stops nothing. Working on a mini prototype to test, will privately pm when done/working.Will tell even if it fails as even a failure is a success as what doesn't work is always as valuable as what does work. Tons a au 2 u 2-John

Greetings HJ ,
Have some Tesoro machines also ( Tejon ' Vaquero ' Diablo uMax ) like them all , but on bad ground only the old Diablo shines .

I've built another version of the churn for faster processing speed , testing new types of internals to make it twice as fast yet still retain all fine gold .
Trying to make a dry unit that will work as good as a wet one :key:

Be interesting to see what your fine mind comes up with :occasion14:

Cheers
Jack .

Back again :hello:

Still making improvements to new designs , this model ( called a Jack Winder ) has a set of internal self adjusting directional spreaders that work both ways , speeds up the whole process .
Material needs to be half inch classified first .

Thanks Goodyguy , that model although good has become redundant , just recently I've made a unit that can retain fine gold like wet systems & process material twice as fast , more testing to be done but it easy out performs all my previous designs . :hello2:
