Haven't been out since late Feb, more rain expected for the high desert of the Mojave this week and just as the desert mud on my claims was beginning to dry out. Looks like I'll be doing more trout fish'n this spring than mining.Oh well, good to have back up plans.

well i went dry washing in a sandstrom today35 +winds.there a little dry dirt,but i think my gold and p are in nevada buy now.

In the 1980s i ran a dredge in Goler Gulch at the narrows.

The 4x4 guys coming down the canyons were mad at me the next weekend when they found the lake.

Where in the narrows were you working? I've always wanted to work the dirt in the narrows.

Hey Randy. Where I worked the Narrows was just down stream . I think it was below what was called Mormon flats. .In Last Chance. ,there are narrows up there as well , on a GPAA claim. Actually did very well up there. Gold seems to be bout 30" down. A lot pf exposed bed rock.
