Pretty sure it is called a "Bosu" ball.. There may have been a work out station to go with it. Metal handles to keep your balance while standing on it.
It will sell on Craigslist!

I’ve never seen a station to go along with a bosu ball. That being said, they are great! And not cheap to boot. Especially the name brand one. I have one around the house. It’s great for working on your balance and for stretching on.

Seems some of them have handles/grips and some not, can't see a place where they would have attached unless they come in a separate base or something. But yeah, should be able to flip this thing for a few $$
