Before all this faux pandemic, I fell on a steep hill and broke the stand off mine. Emailed them, they had me a new one out at no cost in a few days. It was last fall I think. I bought a gpx 4500, the kids phones out of the box didn't work. They overnighted me a new pair.that was 2018. I hope it's just all this crap going on, as I've had good luck with their cs dept.
