MC LILLEY pin?

Hi guys i m new in this site, can anyone help me with this pin i found?
I m sure it is a MC LILLEY & CO pin, because i saw very similar pins on the net(and the sign on the back), but i cant find any clue about this M.W. of A. sign on the front, there is an emblem with an hammer and an axe crossed.
I m hoping that somebody can help me,sorry for the bad resolution of the pics and if i made some error on this post.

The Modern Woodmen of American had an axe and hammer logo...

Never hoped for such a quick response, thank you very much, i hope his value means something,do you think it s a rare item?and maybe the year of manifacturing?
