1) people 'blowing' their nose while at a dining table, at home or in a rest. Yuk, give the others a break.
2) people driving in the passing lane creeping along, even worse when they're on a cell phone.

Yep definately tardiness, there really is no excuse. If I say I'm gonna be somewhere at a certain time I will be.
