Need help finding a movie download

I would like to find the movie "Tragedy in Amish Country" to download on the computer and burn it to a DVD. I have watched the movie on TLC (I think) and would like to share it with someone but it's not scheduled to be back on anytime soon, if ever.

I do have it recorded on my DVR player, just have no idea how to get over to a DVD because I dont have a recordable DVD player.

Any help finding the movie online or a way to get it over to a dvd from the dvr player would be great.
