Just another Guy In Back
Kellyco order comment
This is not my first order from Kellyco, so I have a little history with the business as a customer. My experience is not a one time evaluation. Every time I have ordered from, or dealt with Kellyco, I have received the exact same results.
I just ordered my new Garrett Infinium along with an Anderson shaft, and underwater headphones. As part of the deal I also got a free Bounty Hunter Jr MD and an Automax V-4 pinpointer ($20.00). The box was stuffed with lots of other stuff too. There was a neat metal digger, beach sand scoop, water pouch collection bag, belt pouch for the control box, dry collection bag, web belt, and so forth. Lots of stuff once again.
Anyhow, I placed the order online at 0930 on Tuesday morning. After thinking about it for an hour or so I decided to add the V-4 pinpointer for twenty bucks to the order. One grandson will be getting the BH Jr and the other will get the V-4. Christmas shopping done!! The V-4 is a lot longer and larger than I expected.
So I called Kellyco on the phone and updated the order adding the V-4. That was easy. I expected to have to restart all over again. Didn't happen. Everything was smooth and easy.
26 hours and 32 minutes after placing the online order, the UPS guy shows up at the homestead. Granted, I'm only about 80 miles from Kellyco... but still~ I paid for the slowest and cheapest shipping too.
This is the same experience as my previous orders, so this appears to be a consistent business practice policy with Kellyco.
I paid a fair market price for my items, the business transaction was smooth and painless. It is always a pleasure to deal with the folks there.
I'm giving Kellyco 5 out of 5 beeps...

Reminds me of my dealings with Kellyco.
REALLY nice folks, and always a some "Lagniappe" (Cajun phrase meaning "a little something extra").

Yeap... When I need components, I pay for UPS ground, (cheaper than the mail), and it gets here in one day. I'm in Austin, and they are in Dallas (about 3.5 hour drive).

Re: Kellyco order comment
Never had a bad thing happen with Kellyco on numerous orders. Excellent service all around! Even got my order two or three days after the roof blew off their old warehouse (Ooooops dated myself) Now that's service!!!!!! No excuses they just got it done! Can't say that about many other businesses out there.
I know it's here, just need a bigger coil!
