our soldiers work in that kind of heat.. we spent millions to build a new jail an we had plenty of county land to put in a tent jail,if they would put a bounty on the pink dressed inmates they would not even have to put up a fence there would BE enough good ole boys around the area to keep them inside the white lines.
i have plenty of ammo to help out.

If I remember correctly, when Janet Nobrainatall-O was the governor, she tried to interfere with Joe's operation and he told her straight out that he did not work for HER; he worked for the people of Maricopa County and she could keep her opinions to herself. Mannnnnn, the people of Arizona had a real brain fart when they elected that idiot woman. Up until then, I thought that that kind of sh-- for brains was found only in San Francisco.

GO JOE!

Well said by a Kalifornia kritic. I would not have expected less.

Joe is being sued by the ACLU again for arresting illegal aliens. He also arrested the guy who hired many of them. Some of the ones just standing around weren't working and those are the ones he is being sued over. Needless to say, they were committing a felony just by being in this country, yet the ACLU is claiming civil rights violations because they fit the profile of illegal aliens even though they were! (Profiling). Or that's what they were saying on the tube last night. Nice try but I don't think they will get away with it. Never mind the fact that he was there with a warrant issued by a judge and they were the only mexicans standing around for no apparent reason. I predict it will be dismissed just like the other frivial suits. Monty

We need someone like him to run this country. I would donate my newest car to his campaign
if he would run for President. Human rights? ? Wait until California releases those tens of thousands
of criminals on the population because the liberal agendas destroyed the economy there.

I'm still ticked that he's not my top cop . If he runs for prez I'll jump on the bandwagon .
Send him to congress for a couple of years first. That place REALLY needs a good dose of discipline.

Of course, Barney Frankeater might really like the pink undies . . .

Yes, here are some other things he has "got-n-done".

I actually met him once when I was in High School in AZ, he struck me as a used-car-salesman who is into politics and money. I rack him up with Rush Limbaugh for using an issue to just get attention and funds.

Oh, note that his son-in-law is Editor of the Arizona Republic, and that that same paper never publishes anything but positive stories about Joe, I wonder why.

Sure, he might be doing some decent things, but he has a history of horrible behavior which does not make up for it - http://www.arpaio.com/wordpress/?p=25

Unfortunately, we never always hear or observe both sides of an issue.

If the pro's outweigh the con's, then we have a positive issue...or visa-versa...

I, for sure, cannot make that judgement. :coffee2:

Thanks for bringing this to light, it seems there are really two sides to a story. It just goes to show no one is perfect

Wow! It would seem if sheriff Joe was this bad and has cost the county soooo much money, that the people would stop electing him :dontknow:!! I've seen this man many times over the years answering questions from major media types, and he never seemed unprepared or unable to answer any of their left leaning questions. Sounds like sour grapes to me ;D... Gpurs...

Your average voter is not that well informed. SO Sherrif Joe is going after illegals? What, did Maricopa county run out of drug dealers, prostitutes, and other criminals? I do not disagree with some of his policies. However, he is a self aggrandizing attention hound, and his constant appearances on the news is evidence of this. Not to mention...wasnt there some question as to where some of the money he was "saving" is going?
