On November 10, 2009, Webs' information database was sabotaged by a group of hackers. So far, the database hasn't been recovered.

I hope all the work I put into my site was not all for naught.

If you can't get direct access to your database info to back it up I would suggest you change providers. You've got some nice work there, it would be a horrible shame to lose it.

My landlord just had some horrible issues with lunarpages.com (His site was getting corrupted from inside somehow), I moved him to Dreamhost as fast as I could.

Most web hacking these days is done via robots from Turkey, China and a few other asian/african nations. Which actually makes them relatively easy to block if you set things up right and don't want traffic to your site from those nations.

Site is back up and fully functional. Changing providers is always an option, but this is a pretty good site.....and it is FREE!!
