Re: anyone been kicked offen indian land?
Hey AA. Sorry to hear of your bad experience.
That being said, I wish to extend my apologies for the conduct of some of the miscreants of my people. They're kind of like "crazy relatives", every race has a few.
They should have been removed immediately, as these are places of business. There is no excuse for allowing such behavior.
Tribal members or not, manners are important at all times.
Perhaps you should write a courteous letter to the casino explaining how you felt threatened by the experience, and how your experience has affected your desire to return . . . as well as your friends (maybe mention that your were scouting for place to take a bus tour . . . even if you weren't) who now are afraid to visit their establishment.
Money talks, even on the rez.

Not quite the same.
A casino is a business establishment, much as the corner pub or market.
It has been said that if you treat a customer with disrespect, that will create more negativity in the community than doing it right 100 times. Having spent the last 15-20 years working in rental and retail, I know that to be absolutely true. So do the casino's management team.
I still say try it AA. You might get a free weekend out of the deal, or a nice meal. That is how they avoid the negativity, by bribing the suckers customers who are dissatisfied with their experience.

I don't see you did anything wrong. I do not apologize for 'my people'. They can do it themselves, and wouldn't have to if they hadn't screwed up in the first place. Gambling was always big in the Native American culture, but I don't care for casinos. They do create a lot of jobs and take money from the white folks though. Smee's right though, money talks, sad as that situation has become.
This world is not my home.
