As a kid my stomping grounds for hunting was a place we called North Fork...in the Sierras. Best time ever spent out of school...LOL
we would stop there get milk etc and then disappear high up in the Sierras where lady bugs would clump on the grass so thick you could pick them up with a shovel. It would take an old WWII jeep and a chainsaw to get back to a logging camp called "Mikes" camp. Named for my Dad's boss. The trout filled the stream so full that if you couldn't get one to bite all you had to do was shoot into the water with a .38 and let them float...fun memories. The coldiest I have ever been was setting on one of the granite rocks waiting for the dogs to flush a deer out of a canyon.

thats right i recall you tellin me its just up the hill frum me. DID I DATE YOU? ;D
