that someone is watching you Metal Detect ? I have a site i detect that has a long dark history of pain and distrust. The man who lived there was a hermit and from wat im told he buried all his money. Next to this site a protitute was murdered thrown in front of a train. I get this feeling of dispare every time i go out there. Two months ago a nephew of this man was out there claiming he found most of the buried stash. I have found some cash coins out there but not much else. Today me and the warden are going out there again to explore another part of the ranch. Maybe its just me but i will let ya know wat goes on.

Certain areas have been known to give me the spooks, but the next target usually pushes those thoughts out of my mind. On the other hand, I know people on this board who have been talked to and touched while detecting in certain places.

The last place Chug and lived at was occupied by the ghost of a woman in a pale long gown, large sleeves like Victorian, and she smelled like lemons, really pleasant, she would just drift around once in awhile. When she wanted attention she would play with a shadowbox we had on the wall, got to the point we had to place a nail by it to keep the door closed. We had several cats and kittens at the time, and we used to catch them batting at the air, or acting goofy, we got enough feeling to know her name was Irene. You can laugh, but we swear she is there, and we have had other things that have happened. [color=red]Red

AA, have you thought of asking em if you're looking in the right spot for goodies? They might give you a push in the right direction. Guess you could class it as extreme research. Me, I'd give it a try! Ya never know!

Years back Walter Knott had a building like this at Knotts Berry Farm. Would really mess with peoples equilibrium! Best part of the show was watching the people try & walk out.

There was a show on TV not long ago about mystery spot they had a bunch of "experts" check it out. Funny, the "experts" couldn't come up with an explanation. At least they didn't go the alien portal route.

I felt like that when I went to the "MYSTERY SPOT" in Santa Cruz, CA...I took a plumb bob,4' level, compass and cue ball with me there. An Asian family wanted me to video them there and when there camera was brought in....it stopped working. When taken out...it started again. The cue ball does indeed roll up hill and the compass will spin when only moved a few feet. The toilet flushes in the wrong direction....the trees spin opposite of the Coriolis effect. The plumb bob would hang at almost a 45° angle using level and plumb bob together. People actually look like they grow about 2' taller when standing in certain places in the field. I think it might be an ancient meteor...I just don't know. I know as soon as I went into the area I got really queasy. Try as I could to prove it a hoax...I could not.

Yup, doing your own tests produces some stuff that just makes you scratch your head and wonder even more. Figure it's just one of those things us dumb humans haven't figured out yet. The scientists probably have it on their list somewhere below figuring out exactly what's in our oceans and if there's life on other planets.
