Utter nonsense. These reactors are much different than the Chernobyl reactors and there won't be any kind of mess like that was. The cause of the trouble wasn't the earthquake either. After the quake things were pretty normal. The tsunami flooded the generator room reducing the plants power to a few hours on batteries which discharged cutting out the pumps moving water to the cores. What the quake damage did do was prevent the military from getting portable generators in place in time to save the plant.
