CBS/Reuters) A Brazilian court ordered the arrest of police officers who were filmed torturing and shooting a 14-year-old boy in August of last year.


The security camera video - released for the first time this week - showed four police officers firing a gun at the boy during a raid in a poor district of the Amazon city of Manaus.


The boy, who was shot five times in the chest area, was hospitalized and has recovered fully.


Three other policemen who do not appear in the footage were also arrested while the investigation is being carried out.


They claim to have fired against the boy in self-defense after they found a gun near him.


The seven officers will remain in prison until the end of the investigation. The boy and his family were included in a program that protects crime victims and witnesses.

What Confuses Me is

If they shot this Kid in the chest at point blank rage ?

how come he Never fell Over ? & looked as Healthy at the end,
As he did While they were Threatening him ?
He looked more scared & Confused.

What was he treated for ?
Powder Burns ?

The 1st. shot looked to the Chest.

the second looked like it missed actually.

& he just Winced

at the other Cop.

Jeff, I think you caught the most ovious points. The additional thing is that there is no blood on the wall or floor or the boy for that matter. After several shots in the chest at point blank range you are usually carried away, by the undertaker! Frank

with a gun & fire rounds off at them for awhile.
Maybe let them know there is one Live round involved.
