U.S.Postal Service,Read This.

I was just setting here going through my mail. I found six offers for credit cards, and other stuff with return envelopes that said "Postage Paid if mailed in the United States". I stuck all the junk they sent me into the return envelope, and went right to the mail box with it. If we all did this, those companies would be charged for the postage. Otherwise it just ends up in the trash can, and nobody gets charged. If we sent all this stuff back in their envelopes, or just send the envelopes back thru the mail it would give the U.S.Post Office a big boost and maybe slow down some of the junk mail.

I used to do this all the time.

Sometimes I'd add interesting surprises.

My wife thought the dead crickets had to be illegal .

I did it with AARP

I Stuffed everything including the Envelope it came in.
along with Several other Mailings from them.
The Envelopes were Fat & Over Filled Looking.
Along with Notes saying I was 16 & Would Continue sending
their Trash Back till they stopped Sending it.

Sometimes I fill out the credit card apps, so I need them.

Yup, we have been doing that for quite a while. She will take anything out with our name on it or cut it off and send it
all back in their postage paid envelope

Another thing--- when they call you about taking one of their credit cards, act surprised and then tell them that
your cards are all maxed out and you could really use another one. That makes them hang up right away. LOL.

Go one step further and shred the stuff and place it back in those envelopes and send them back.

With the post offices in trouble that would be a good idea to help save them! Send in junk mail to recieptients with other junk mail so the have to pay for the postage!!

Our post offices are in big trouble. Some have already closed down in the U.S. due to not making any money!!!

Thanks guys. My wife works for the postal service and I'm expecting her to get laid off anytime. The gov. already decided that it could no longer afford the services of myself and 100 co-workers and laid us all off 6 weeks ago. Maybe if everyone follows your advice then one of us might be able to stay employed, at least until I find another job!

Sorry about all the Trouble and Layoffs!!! I have only used to Post office a few times this Year!!!!! I will Make sure I send Back the Prepaid Junk Mail on a Regular Basis To Support The Postal Service From now on!!! HH And Good Luck!!!

I'v just sealed and sent the Empty envelopes back
on occasion too. I Never throw Prepaid envelopes
in the trash.

I always leave my info on the papers though,
when I stuff the Envelopes.
So they get the Hint, I want off their list.

I Wish this could be done online for spam

I only send them their own though.
not sure if it's legal to send them
store flyers, Dug trash, & Steamy Love Notes.

Too bad I Can't just paste new addresses over top
& Save stamps when I Pay my bills.
that would be illegal though
