Vanishing posts
Why are so many posts vanishing? Someone ask for a lead and I posted a reply with info and a map yesterday. I checked it and it was there but today it is gone without notice.
I have also noticed "this page has expired" popping up when I hit the post button a lot lately. I don't have this happening on other sites unless I loose my broadband link. Frank

Re: Vanishing posts
Frankn, what was the topic title that you're referring to. I can check and see what happened to it.
I don't know about the other issue you're having but I can post it in the mod forum and see if it's something Marc can fix

Re: Vanishing posts
Things are getting crazy here. The bottom of my post vanished, check above.
It stated that it was either General Comment or Metal detecting. I am not sure. It was yesterday. Frank

Re: Vanishing posts
When I was younger, a group of us were camping and drinking and playing frisbie one night.....and I ran into a vanishing post at full speed. Never will forget the full impact of that event. One minute it was gone, the next minute it was right square in my face. Sorry for going off topic, just sharing the moment.

Been clothesline hooked before. You can actually fly for a few seconds.
