The Law of The Wild says - Kill Only When You Are Hungry
Photographer Michael Denis-Huot, who captured these amazing pictures while on safari in Kenya's Masai Mara
in October last year, said he was astounded by what he saw. "These three brothers (cheetas) have been living
together since they left their mother at about 18 months old," he said.
"On the morning we saw them, they seemed not to be hungry, walking quickly but stopping sometimes to
play together. At one point they met a group of Impalas who ran away. But one youngster was not quick
enough and the brothers caught it easily. Then these extraordinary scenes followed."
Then they just walked away without hurting him."

Re: The Law of The Wild
Ray I swear you post the neatest pictures and stories!! Any time I see you as the originator of a post I have to check it out.
This one reminds me of my wife's Shitzu. When he catches an animal (squirrell or chipmunk mostly) he'll just sit there with it under his paw licking it and when he's finished just let it go. It's like he's giving it a bath!!

Michaelangelo I'll bet that is funny to watch when he is holding them down like that.
Thank you so much for the compliment, it means a lot to me. I love wildlife and enjoy seeing different and unusual
pics of them. It makes me feel good to know that there are those of you that enjoy them also. Whenever we get
a good one I like to share it with others who like them.
Tee, Yes, they are quite a pretty animal.
Thank you for your replies.

Re: The Law of The Wild
The one bad thing is that that Impala will have lost it's cutting edge of fear from cheetas until the next one or time, and ------------X RIP.

Re: The Law of The Wild
naturegirl he is probably thinking, Hmmmm, they weren't so bad after all, but they also probably knew that
if they started to get too rough, I would have whipped them all!" LOL.
Don Jose, yeah, that is a good point and may prove to be true, but then he will be a little older and if the herd
is scared and panic, he should sense the danger and run with them.
Thank you for your replies.
