a neighbour poisons your two cats simply because they stray in to his garden you complain but are told he is within his rights and would claim it was because of rats even though he put the poison in to cat food. your pets are beyond help hypothetical ways to get even please

of course your perfectly entitled to your opinion so the cats deserved to die a horrible death plus hey look I no longer have a problem with controlling my animals but heres my opionion maybe your nickname isnt so fitting just delete the fist part substitute of where the a is delete the d and emm the r and put an s and a h next to the second f much more fitting I think.

Where in my post did I say the cats deserved to die a horrible death? There's no excuse for what your neighbor did, but you are not a responsible pet owner. Please ask mom and dad before you get another.

If it where me I would be out of site of his camera on a rainy day and I would be hosing his gardens with weed killer or some other kind of toxin and he would be wondering how his garden died.

Your two for Two there mate on this topic and I didn't criticize your post. Genuine Hunters do not go out and Poison animals which is the TOPIC. By the way I live in hunting country here in Maine and live on 42 acres that I hunt. What don't you understand about poison? and please stop criticizing other peoples post as it will come back to you and see what an %^$*(& you really are.

No.1. The Police have No powers in this case
No.2. The RSPCA DO have powers in this case
No.3. It is an offence, under the cruelty to animals act, to leave unprotectected poison in a place where domesticated animals might be affected, even on your own property
No.4. All poisons must be in a "Bait Trap" where domestic animals are involved, so they are not poisoned accidentally (or on purpose)
No.5. The Police will be there to back up the RSPCA
No.6. Call the RSPCA, if they give you a hard time PM me, I am involved in the RSPCA and will do my best to resolve the matter
No.7. Be 100% sure with your allegations
No.8. All the best mate, and don't forget, you can't train a cat and any fool that says you can, has been trained by a cat

a small plastic baggie full of sugar in the gas tank does wonders for a cars engine. odd stuff happens to things you know both cats and cars - and as the law says --its not what you think --its what you can PROVE in a court of law.

Personally, I would have trapped the cats and had the animal control officer over for a cup of tea. Either keep your pets in the house, or secure them outside. Your "pets" are another man's "pests." Oh, and if you are simple enough to even ask for "gettin' even" advice on a public forum, you are probably not intelligent enough to be an animal owner. Get a plant and talk to it often!
