    My daughters and I are sitting here and have decided that we would do whatever it took to ensure that we do not buy any Chinese merchandise for Christmas and related purposes. Is it possible? Maybe not, but if we don't try we'll never get out from under the Grinch's thumb

    Another idea that I really liked was posted by Ray the other day. Purchase gift certificates for local businesses or services by local folks.
