In The Kitchen.........

It was, perhaps, the perfect plan.........freshly caught blackened redfish for dinner! All the ingredients were there, each one begging me to perform some kitchen magic..........especially my appetite! And so I set out to create the perfect blackened redfish dinner, so meticulous, so devine were my expectations that nothing, I mean nothing had been overlooked. Well, except for maybe the twin set of smoke alarms in the kitchen! At this moment I have been fed fairly well, but it may be another hour or so before I have all my hearing back! Oooops!..........

I have an electric range.... worst invention ever.

Water does not boil, it just quickly evaporates and the pot burns

I love my grill.....but I'm also growing rather fond of the big electric skillet I've started using with more frequency.

A grill is nice, but its too much work... I prefer going to a restaurant and having a great meal..

eating out is so nice, as long as the food is decent. I tell ya most places now are serving up slop.
