    First snow of the year

We had our first snow of the year last night. About 1" on the ground and not enough to stick on the streets. Although the first snow isn't really such big news, what makes it bigger news is that it was 65 degrees the day before! Today it is sunny but cold and most of the snow has burned off by now. We always have nice balmy days throughout the winter and I can get out and go "prospecting" quite a bit even in the Winter. My limit is 40 degrees. Any time it is 40 or above I can get out without chilling. Otherwise my hands get too cold. Monty

Ah, the snow just started here today and we are expecting 40 mile an hour winds It's pretty to look at from the inside looking out but I sure wouldn't want to be stuck out in it.
