we got em here in florida as well as black widows -- I hate spiders -- die spiders die -- i hate their cousins ticks as well --die ticks die

The article said she was "stung" by the spider.......I thought their venom was injected by a "bite"? :dontknow:

bite / stung -- dumb writer of the story mistake -- the thing is it messed her up bad * these are bad news if bitten by one.

Yep, fiddlebacks are bad news. Don't have any right here, but if you live in their territory, when you take your sleeping bag out of storage for the camping season, be sure and shake it out real good. Those things love to hole up in there for the winter.
