Commercials- Opinion
OK, commercials are getting totally unrealistic.
Some are starting to look like those bobbing head dash dolls. Someone takes a bite of something and before there taste buds can kick in the head starts bobbing up and down.
Then there are the ants in the pants commercials. Everyone is jumping up and down and hopping around.
Normal people don't act this way!

If you want normal people then turn off the TV.
Where is the wisdom we have lost in knowledge?
Where is the knowledge we have lost in information?

By the way, if you don't taste something immediately after hitting your taste buds, you are either dead, or have worn out buds.
It's just like sticking your hand in a pot of boiling water to see if it's warm I normally stir it around a bit with my hand to see if it cools down

Hay, they use to sell in commercials by presenting the facts. Remember the old Xerox commercials that showed there copiers pumping out copies. They showed the facts and as a result sold copiers. Now look at there new commercials. You wonder what they sell. Commercials are getting so far away from presenting the facts that at the end you sometimes wonder what company put out the commercial.

MINELAB XS-2 Pro ....... XTERRA 305 ....... EXPLORER SE PRO
it is almost impossible to find a good commercial, that's why I record
everything & Fast forward through them.
worst offenders Cartoons for insurance etc.
can't give other examples, as I said I Fast forward now
& Finally forgot most.
Babies & Animals that talk ? Sickening IMO
worst offender is it "Bacon Bits" ? make me want to throw up
People who are all thumbs with Brand X, but experts the second they pick up brand A
adds
for that round faced Cartoon, I Think it's round faced ?
they end with "Very Funny" ? Huh ? not even close.
the one I wish I could forget, keeps saying mama mama mama mama,
& now one making wierd noises. Hear it when I'm on the computer,
but never actually saw it that I remember. I wanna slap the creator
when they put Joe Camel out there was an Uproar over who they were targeting,
now practically everything is geared towards children.
glad I can Fast forward 90%
another lame one that just came to mind, the woman selling insurance out of boxes
who claims she drives a motorcycle. If I had to talk to her every time I went to pay
my insurance, I'd stop buying it

The latest one I can recall that makes no sense is the commercial for the "Schticky". (That's how the screwball pronounces it) It's a sticky roller you use to pick up stuff off the floor or lint off clothes etc. He says the way you clean it is run it under the faucet, dry it off and it's ready to reuse. Thing is, one of the things he cleans up is some stuff in the sink. Then what do you do, run it under the faucet and put it back in the sink?? Seems like you would be there all day.

I like the commercial where the little boy gets caught playing the paino on stage, but I don't know the product.
