fait money -- money whose's "value" is based on "any" non solid item-- basically its only worth something because the govts say so --- ( ie its not backed by gold or silver or other tangible valuible item / items ) fait money is basically by its very nature "bogus" --its a banking * house of cards type money --which is why when one house of cards "tumbles" they all follow suit
