Taking 2 Metal Dectors to Thailand from the USA on vacation, probems I should know?
Hi Everyone, this is my very first post... my wife and I will be traveling to Thailand, landing in Bangkok. We each will have our own Garrett Metal Detectors. What do I need to know...is it ok to pack in my regular lugage... I am not sure I would be allowed to put them into our carry on as I believe they break some international rules on what you can bring on board with you. Has anyone traveled to Thailand and or internationaly with their metal detectors that can give me some advice and or heads up...
Thank you in advance.

Thank you Onfire... did you just put it in your regular baggage or did you put it in your carryon?

The above comment about shipping out is good one from my perspective. It's amazing what can be mailed in and out of countries with very tight regulations.
