Nice to see you went to a good source. I'm originally from New Orleans --- shame old Nash Roberts passed away. He might have messed up in other weather predictions, but he could tell you exactly what a hurricane was going to do.

Placquemines Parish (same as county in other states) and St Bernard Parish always get the worst of it in any hurricane. Those folks should know to leave for a Tropical Storm.
